Sing Better… So you want
to learn how to learn how to sing better? Well you’ve come to the right
place. This page is the gateway to the best "learn how to sing"
information on the web. There have
been times for me when I’ve thought to myself "man, I know I should be
able to do this." Well, as I practiced and played with my voice I
learned a thing or two about how to control it and stretch my limits. I can
tell you the single most important thing you need in order to know how to
sing better, and that is DON’T BE AFRAID!!! It’s true!
I know it seems all too simple but singing really is quite simple. I’m sure
you’ve all seen somebody get up in front of a group and try to sing. When
they do their voice comes out all squeaky and quiet. I can tell you you’ll
never learn how to sing better sing like that! Although that person is at
least up there trying to sing, what is really happening is that they are
trying to try to sing. Confused?
Well it’s simple really. Although they have the guts to get up and try to
sing in front of a group, they’re self conscious enough that they really
don’t give it their all. In order to sing well for a group of people your
first order of business is to drop all of your fears and inhibitions and belt
it out like you’re in the shower singing to yourself! When you only try to
try to sing your performance comes off less than good. Granted
singing loud and proud won’t guarantee that you’ll be in the correct pitch or
anything but it will allow you to hear yourself properly. If you can’t hear
then you can’t correct for your inaccuracies. Hearing is paramount and so
singing like you mean business is the best way for you to hear. As I said
earlier, it’s the single most important thing you can do in order to learn
how to sing better. Sure you can talk about dynamics and voice control and
such, but if you can’t hear yourself properly, because you’re not using your
voice properly, then your progress will be slowed for sure. If you’re really not sure about how to get
started or even what you should be listening for when you’re learning how to
sing better then you may be wise to consider a vocal coach or some other type of vocal lessons. I am also making some singing tips available from my own e-book to give you a sample what’s
