Want to know how to sing better?

There have been times for me when I’ve thought to myself " man, I know I should be able to do this." Well, as I practiced and played with my voice I learned a thing or two about how to control it and stretch my limits. I can tell you the single most important thing you need in order to know how to sing better, and that is DON’T BE AFRAID!!! Granted singing loud and proud won’t guarantee that you’ll be in the correct pitch or anything but it will allow you to hear yourself properly. If you can’t hear then you can’t correct for your inaccuracies. Hearing is paramount and so singing like you mean business is the best way for you to hear. This is especially true when you're learning how to sing on stage.

As I said earlier, it’s the single most important thing you can do in order to learn how to sing better. Sure you can talk about dynamics and voice control and such, but if you can’t hear yourself properly, because you’re not using your voice properly, then your progress will be slowed for sure.
